Your appointment is reserved especially for you. While I understand that schedules can change, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please note that missed appointments or late cancellations mean I’m unable to offer that time slot to another patient, including those on my waiting list.
